Free homebuyer educations classes are set for Aug. 26 and Aug. 28 in Deadwood.
The classes, conducted by Neighborhood Housing Services of the Black Hills, Inc., cover the home buying process including insurance, budgets, credit, appraisals, financing, home inspections and working with a real estate agent. An appointment is requested before attending class and space is limited.
To register for the class, call Neighborhood Housing Services at 578-1401. The classes will be held at the Deadwood Chamber of Commerce, 767 Main St. at 5:30 p.m. For more information, go to www.nhsblackhills.org.
