If you have Alzheimer's Disease in your family, you probably know that you could get it, too. But there are established, concrete steps that you can take to reduce your risk. This group will follow the program of a neuroscientist from UCLA who is successfully reversing cognitive decline. It is a complex protocol, based on diet, exercise, sleep, lifestyle changes and blood biomarkers. While not all actions can be addressed through the group, it will have a strong educational component that will explain, support, advise and guide participants toward lifestyle adjustments to reduce their risk for Alzheimer's Disease.
The group will meet every 4-6 weeks, to be announced.
