RAPID CITY | Lowell and Phyllis Dethlefs will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at the Eagles Lodge. They were married June 11, 1963, in Lead. Their children are Loren (Debbie) of Eugene, OR, and Jim of Rapid City. They have 4 grandchildren: Kelsey, Cody, James and Daniel.
