DEADWOOD | The REO Speedwagon show scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 21, at the Deadwood Mountain Grand has been postponed, according to a news release from the event venue.
Lead singer Kevin Cronin announced on Facebook late Wednesday that he’s scheduled for a “routine procedure” that will force the classic rock band to reschedule some concerts. Cronin, 66, said the procedure is not life-threatening and has been assured by doctors he will be “good as new.”
Officials with the Deadwood Mountain Grand said they are working with the band to reschedule a concert date and will notify all ticket holders once that date has been set. They said ticket holders should hang on to their tickets to the sold-out show.
Refunds will be available through the original ticketing outlet. If tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster, contact Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. If tickets were purchased through the Deadwood Mountain Grand Company Store, call 559-1188.
