Everyone loves to pay less for their drinks, but which bar is the best bar for happy hour?

The answer doesn't come down to just one bar, but rather several in downtown Rapid City. There's an ideal happy hour for every day of the week, and we've found them for you.

Paddy O'Neill's Pub, located at the Hotel Alex Johnson, 523 Sixth St., already holds a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays (and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday), but it's their Sunday happy hour that's really something special.

Happy hour specials run all day, from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., every Sunday, with half-price well drinks and draft beers. The deal does not apply to food.

Independent Ale House, 625 St. Joseph St., has their own happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a dollar off wines and draft beers. Their best deal, however, comes Monday with Wine Night, which sees half-priced wine by the glass.

Wobbly Bobby Pub, 510 Main St., has a different happy hour from Monday through Thursday, with $2.50 Firehouse beers every Monday, free bingo and trivia and half-price nachos with a drink purchase on Wednesdays, and 2-for-1 well drinks on Thursdays. Beer lovers, however, would best head to Wobbly Bobby on Tuesdays for 2-for-1 tap beers.

The Historic Freight House, 306 Seventh St., has its happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, but on Wednesdays it's happy hour all day, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Historic Freight House offers half-price appetizers and draft beer as well as Creole Creations, their fruity mixed drinks, for $4.50 instead of the usual $6.99.

Firehouse Brewing Company, 610 Main St., offers their happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a free Firehouse beer offered with the purchase of an appetizer.

Oasis Lounge, 711 Main St., offers $2.50 Guinness and Bud Light pints from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
