   Perhaps Civic Leader should change his name from Civic Leader to Cynic Leader. I think the economy could use a little good news.

   Hmmmm. This gets curiouser and curiouser. An Israeli arms company. A Lakota company, based in Ohio and Timber Lake. Taxpayer grants. Over-the-top compliments to the mayor, governor, econ devel, etc. Better watch this one closely.
