Christopher E. Anspach
RAPID CITY — Christopher E. Anspach, 45, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1986 to 1993 and retired as a captain.
Survivors include his wife, Pratt Anspach, two daughters, Courtney Anspach and Hannah Cone and a stepdaughter, Korahl Anspach, all of Rapid City; his parents, Alexander and Mary Ann Anspach, Ontario, Calif.; and a brother, Timothy Anspach, San Diego, Calif.
A Christian wake service will be at 7 p.m. today at Blessed Sacrament Church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Blessed Sacrament Church, with the Rev. Dan Juelfs presiding.
Burial, with military honors provided by Ellsworth Air Force Base Honor Guard, will follow at 1 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.

SIOUX FALLS — Keith DeZotell, 78, Sioux Falls, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at the Veterans Affairs Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Jean DeZotell, Sioux Falls; his son, Delbert (Cheryl) DeZotell, Brandon; two daughters, Tanya (David) White and Terri (Wayne) White, both of Canistota; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Dale DeZotell, Sioux Falls, and Murl Jr. (Carol) DeZotell, Woodlawn, Calif.; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. CST Friday, Nov. 20, with the family present from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Miller Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at the funeral home chapel, with burial at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.

EAGLE BUTTE — Marjorie Dolphus, 74, Eagle Butte, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, at home.

Glenn M. Ferley
Glenn M. Ferley, 90, Philip, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, at the Hans P. Peterson Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include three sons, Steve Ferley, Rapid City, Jerry Ferley, Oelrichs, and Dan Ferley, Fort Collins, Colo.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Lester Ferley, Pierre.

Ronald Louder
DRAPER — Ronald Louder, 69, Draper, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Pierre.
Ronald Dale Louder was born July 9, 1940, in Pierre to Luverne and Eva (Strickler) Louder. Ron lived on the farm northeast of Draper until the age of 6, when the family moved to town so Ron could attend school. He graduated from Draper High School in 1958 as Valedictorian of his class. He attended college and graduated in 1962 from SDSC (SDSU).
After graduating, he moved to Casper, Wyo., and began working for the Bureau of Land Management as a Range Management Specialist. In 1964, he met Virginia L. Wolcott and they were united in marriage on April 17, 1965.
In September 1966, their first daughter, Carma, was born. May 1968 found them moving back to Draper, to farm with Luverne and Eva. In January 1971, a second daughter, Tawnya, was born, followed by a son, Alan, in 1973.
Ron was active on the Jones County board of Supervisors of the NRCS (SCS) for nearly 40 years. He served on the Draper School Board during the consolidation with Murdo. He also served on the Board of the Draper Methodist Church for a time.
He loved spending his time with his family and traveling. He loved the land, his horses and collecting western memorabilia, especially saddles. His family knew him as a great man of honesty and integrity. He was always eager to offer his help and support to his children, grandchildren, family and friends.
Ron is survived by his wife, Virginia; two daughters, Carma Miller (Greg), and Tawnya Louder-Reynolds (Scott); one son, Alan (Jane) Louder; six grandsons, Eric, Christopher (Katie) and Scott Nix, Conner Reynolds, and Sean and Caden Louder; one great-granddaughter, Molly Marie Nix; two sisters, Shirley Wood and Yvonne Laur (Roxy); his mother Eva Louder; one nephew, Aaron (Laurie & Reese) Laur; and one niece, Christina Laur.
Ron was preceded in death by his father, Luverne Louder and an infant son.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. CST Friday, Nov. 20, at the Murdo United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at the church, with burial at the Draper Cemetery.

RAPID CITY — David K. Parker, 63, Rapid City, died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at home.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Parker, Beaverton, Ore., and Leonard Parker, Clackamas, Ore.; a granddaughter; a brother, John Parker, Oakdale, Calif.; and a sister, Rhonda Creekmore.
Graveside services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with the Rev. Bill Zandri officiating. The Ellsworth Air Force Base Honors Team will provide military honors.

Margaret Rokusek
PARKSTON — Margaret Rokusek, 89, Parkston, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at Avera Bormann Manor.
She was born Feb. 15, 1920, in Parkston to Andrew and Elizabeth (Friedrich) Kollmann.
She attended Sacred Heart Parochial School through the eighth grade.
After her schooling, she helped her parents at home and later began working as an operator at Northwestern Bell.
On April 20, 1954, she married Albert Rokusek at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. They lived and farmed near Olivet until moving to Parkston in 1970. She worked at Schuver’s Café and later at Bormann Manor as an activities director.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Altar Society and study club, Catholic Daughters, American Legion Auxiliary and Scotland VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by five sons, George and wife Pam, Rapid City, Leo and wife Kay and Charles and wife Charlene, all of Sioux Falls, Arnold and wife Janis, Lesterville, and Sam and wife Sandi, Pleasant Prairie, Wis.; son-in-law, Larry Patterson, Bullhead City, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Carl Kollmann, Chicago, Catherine Rienartz and husband Milford, Fresno, Calif., and Bill Kollmann and wife Bonnie, Pharr, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Alyce Patterson; her parents; and three siblings, Herman Kollmann, Leona Kollmann and Mary Ann Wittstruck.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. CST today, with a 7 p.m. prayer service at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. CST Friday, Nov. 20, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

PINE RIDGE — Sharon G. Tail, 35, Pine Ridge, died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at Texarkana, Texas.
Survivors include three sons, Jared Rencounter and Greg Elwess, both of Wolf Creek, and Cody Freeman, Bone Steele; her daughter, Evangeline Freeman, Bone Steele; her father, Earl Tail, Browning, Mont.; her mother, Evangeline Fast Horse and stepfather, James Fast Horse Sr., both of Wolf Creek; four brothers, Frank Tail Sr., Jason Fast Horse and Johnny Fast Horse, all of Wolf Creek, and J.P. Fast Horse Jr., Rapid City; six sisters, Earlene Tail, Wolf Creek, Donna Tail-Phelps, Paris, Texas, Eldean Tail-Allirand, Avery, Texas, Jennifer Fast Horse, Rapid City, Monica Fast Horse, Wanblee, and Lisa Fast Horse, Denver; and special friend, Rick Jackson, Inona, Texas.
A two-night wake will begin at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at the Wolf Creek School Gym.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at the gym. Burial will be at the Wolf Creek Community Cemetery.
