A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Shiloh George Small Jumper, charging him with failing to make a scheduled court appearance for a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Law enforcement officials are asking for the public's help to find him. They say Small Jumper, 19, is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 164 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He may be in or near Rapid City or Lower Brule.

Anyone with information that could lead to his arrest is asked to call the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
