The average retail gasoline price in South Dakota has risen six cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.64 a gallon in the second week of February. The national average has stayed flat in the last week at $2.66 per gallon, according to SouthDakotaGasPrices.com.

Including the latest change, gas prices in South Dakota are 68.4 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago. The national average has decreased six cents per gallon during the last month but remains 76.1 cents per gallon higher than a year ago, according to the site.
