MENOKEN, N.D. -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a sport utility vehicle rolled into a ditch and struck two trees before ending up on its passenger side, killing one girl and injuring four others south of Menoken.
The names of the girls have not been released.
The patrol said the four injured girls were taken to a Bismarck hospital, about 15 miles west of the accident. The other girl, who was a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash happened about 8:45 p.m. Saturday.
