Rapid City woman accused of stealing from auto dealer

A Rapid City woman pleaded not guilty Monday in Circuit Court to embezzling more than $100,000 from Citywide Auto. 

Stacey Torres, 29, is accused of aggregated and aggravated grand theft from July 2007 through October 2008.

If convicted of the Class 3 felony, Torres faces a potential maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and/or a $30,000 fine.

Torres is free on a $10,000 cash bond. Her next court appearance is in March.
