SIOUX FALLS -- The recently restored Cathedral of St. Joseph in Sioux Falls will host the first of the Cathedral Sacred Arts Series Concerts Friday.

The Cathedral Sacred Arts Series will debut with "In Ecclessiss" at 7:30 p.m.

The program will feature the Cathedral's pipe organ, a double choir and brass.

The series continues this fall with the Rose Ensemble performing "Il Poverello" on Oct. 7 and the Christmas at the Cathedral concerts from Dec. 15-18. In 2012, the series will include a theatrical performance of "The Catholic Shakespeare," a Choral Invitational and the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra and Chorus with "Haydn's Creation."
