Federal grand jurors in Pierre have indicted a 30-year-old Mission man on a charge he caused an accident that killed another man.
Anthony Running Crane Jr. pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, which carries a maximum punishment of eight years in prison.
According to the indictment, he drove a vehicle negligently Sept. 28 on Rosebud Indian Reservation and killed Clint Plenty Horse.
