The 102nd celebration of Wall, the community at the Badlands in eastern Pennington County, is under way through Sunday, July 12.
Events include rodeos, street dances, ice cream socials, mud volleyball games and car shows during an all-community reunion.
The schedule, according to the Wall Badlands Area Chamber of Commerce Web site, includes:
- Friday, July 10, rodeo at noon and 7 p.m.; dance at the tent downtown, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
- Saturday, July 11, noncompetitive walk, registration at 6:30 a.m., walk at 7 a.m.; parade from the rodeo grounds, 10 a.m.; 11 a.m. ice cream social at the Lutheran church; 11 a.m. car show at city park; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. lunch fundraiser for Wall School Band at the downtown tent; 1 p.m. mud volleyball team registration at the tent; 2 p.m. alumni program at the community center; 7 p.m. rodeo; dance, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
- Sunday, July 12: Noon to 4 p.m., Western Exotic Sports Car Club Show.
- Rodeo tickets are $10 per person, with children up to age 6 admitted free.
