Organizations planning public fireworks displays in Pennington County outside of Rapid City, Box Elder and Wall are reminded that the deadline for a fireworks permit is fast approaching.
Applications for public displays must be made to the Pennington County commissioners by their regular meeting on June 6.
All public displays must comply with the National Fire Protection Association Standard 1123 and current county policies.
