A 20-month project will help Box Elder, Harding County, Hill City, Kadoka and a community to be named on the Rosebud Indian Reservation to fight poverty and develop community leaders.
The South Dakota Cooperative Extension Service will help 15 South Dakota communities in the third Horizons community development project starting in September.
