A man who received a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail on disorderly conduct charges in Pennington County is among 11 people pardoned by Gov. Mike Rounds.
Glen Washburn was sentenced March 12, 2001.
Others receiving pardons by Rounds are Alyce Widrig (Minnehaha County), James Allen Gloss (Brown County), Mandy Nedved (Yankton County), Jeffrey Schaeffer (Yankton County), Jennifer Cloudy (Brookings County), Tiffani Hargens (Minnehaha County), Brian Westerhuis (Charles Mix, Lincoln and Minnehaha counties), Elvis Van Dyke (Kingsburgy County), Larry Sathe (Yankton County) and Irvin Schoenwetter (Beadle County).
