A civil-rights protest is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 18, at Evergreen Housing in Porcupine.

Duane Martin Sr. of Strong Heart Civil Rights Movement said a group will protest drug and alcohol dealings in the housing development.

After the march, there will be a meeting at the C.T.O. building at Evergreen Housing.
