Rapid City's parks and recreation department will unveil the concept design for Vickie Powers Park playground at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15, in the multipurpose room at the Rapid City Swim Center, 125 Waterloo St.
A designer from Leathers & Associates will present the design and answer questions. The public is invited to attend. Food and refreshments will be served, and free public swimming will be offered after the presentation.
