Flags to be lowered for fallen Ellsworth airman

Gov. Mike Rounds asks that all flags fly at half-staff today to honor fallen Ellsworth Air Force Base Senior Airman Jonathan A.V. Yelner, 24, of Lafayette, Calif.

A memorial ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. today at the Black Hills Chapel at Ellsworth AFB.

Yelner died April 29 near Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan.
