South Dakota School of Mines & Technology CAMP teams will present their projects to the campus and the public at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 27, in the quad on campus.

CAMP - the Center for Advanced Manufacturing and Production - is designed to teach students engineering, science and design skills as well as the ability to work in teams. Team members design, build, market and raise money for their projects.

Many of the teams will use the projects on display for competitions this spring and summer. Projects displayed will include the aero design, alternative fuel vehicle, chemE car, concrete canoe, formula SAE, ham club, human powered vehicle, robotics, mini baja SAE, steel bridge and unmanned aerial vehicle. Student team members will be available to explain their projects to visitors.
