A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Stephanie Marie Johnson charging her with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance.
Johnson is white, 21 years old, about 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 128 pounds, and has brown hair with blue eyes.
Johnson is believed to be in or around the Rapid City or Huron areas.
