A university administrator with experience in Afghanistan studies and culture will present a free public program Thursday, April 30, at Chadron State College.
Thomas E. Gouttierre of the University of Nebraska will speak at 7 p.m. in the student center ballroom.
Gouttierre is dean of International Studies and Programs at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is director for the Center of Afghanistan Studies at UNO.
