A Pine Ridge man will serve more than 11 years in federal prison for having sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl.
According to court documents, 20-year-old Pleaz Hawkins was indicted for aggravated sexual abuse but pleaded guilty to the contact charge.
Prosecutors say it happened between September and December on Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
