A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Arnold Barton Johnston charging him with probation revocation stemming from the original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Johnston, 48, is about 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has brown hair with green eyes.

Johnston is believed to be in or around the Rapid City or Box Elder areas.
