Kate Kelley, Western Area Director for U.S. Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, D-S.D., will be in Philip on Wednesday, Feb. 20, to hold open office hours for area residents. Anyone with a question or concern about federal government programs or services is welcome to attend.
