A felony warrant has been issued for Terry Albert Frenchman, charging him with failure to appear at a status hearing for grand theft and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Frenchman, 30, is Native American, stands about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be in or near Rapid City.
Authorities say anyone who sees Frenchman or knows where he is should call the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law-enforcement agency.
