SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. - Two people arrested in connection with the disappearance of 86 vehicles from a Scottsbluff dealership could appear in a Nebraska court this week, if the weather doesn't further hamper their return.

Legacy Auto executives Rachel Fait and Allen Patch are being returned from Utah, where they were arrested on suspicion of theft. The missing cars and trucks, worth more than $2.5 million, were found in Utah, Wyoming, Las Vegas and Scottsbluff.

Scotts Bluff County prosecutor John Childress said Tuesday that at last report, Fait, Patch and their escorts were in Wyoming, delayed by blizzards.

A firm hearing date hasn't been set.

A third dealership executive, Rick Covello, already has posted bond and been released from jail.
