A second public meeting to present preliminary project recommendations and receive public input on the city's Pedestrian Circulation Plan is scheduled for 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6, in conjunction with the Deadwood City Commission meeting, at Deadwood City Hall, 102 Sherman Street.

The project includes an inventory of existing sidewalks throughout the city, pedestrian counts during events in the spring and summer, and potential solutions to identified problem areas.

Using input gained at the meeting the project consultant will refine the preliminary set of recommendations.
