A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Berniece Gladys Spaulding charging her with distribution of a controlled substance.

Spaulding, 54, is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 190 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Spaulding is believed to be in the Rapid City area.
