A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Daniel Blake charging him with violation of a protection order and simple assault/domestic abuse.
Blake, 36, is white, approximately 5-feet-9-inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has blond hair with blue eyes. Blake may or may not be wearing glasses.
He is believed to be in or around the Rapid City or Box Elder areas.
