The city of Lead is looking for real trees, stripped of their Christmas ornaments, for its Winterfest bonfire.
The trees are being piled at the visitor center parking lot. The trees will be burned by the Lead Volunteer Fire Department on Saturday, Jan. 24.
Residents needing a tree picked up can call Lead City Hall at 584-1401.
