A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Phillip Donald Steele, charging him with probation violation stemming from the original charge of third-offense driving under the influence.
Officials say Steele, 23, is Native American, stands about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Steele is believed to be in or near Rapid City.
Police say that anyone who sees Steele or knows where he is should contact the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
