RAPID CITY - A Rapid City task force is working on recommendations to change city policies for flood-hazard areas, especially near Rapid Creek.

The task force will meet to gather public comments on flood zones and related issues at 6:30 p.m. today.

The meeting will be at The Journey Museum, 222 New York St., in Rapid City.
