The Saturday, May 9, 157th commencement ceremony for Black Hills State University will be broadcast online over the b2 network at no charge.
Nearly 300 students are scheduled to receive degrees during the 10 a.m. program at the school's Young Center.
According to a school news release, this is the first time a graduation program will be aired on streaming video over the Internet.
"For family members and friends of BHSU graduates, this is an exciting option," Corinne Hansen, director of marketing and communications, said. "The b2 network will provide unprecedented coverage of our 157th ceremony. I hope alumni will connect and watch the ceremony, as well."
