Rapid City fire department personnel will serve lunch to children in Youth & Family Services programs at 120 E. Adams St. from noon to 1 p.m. today to cap off this year's Summer Food Program.
Each summer, YFS provides free breakfast and lunches to youth age 18 or younger on weekdays at two Rapid City locations.
