Saturday's global warming rally at Mount Rushmore National Memorial has been rescheduled to start an hour earlier.
The Step it Up rally will start at 3 p.m. and last until 4:30 p.m. The event is part of a nationwide call-to-action campaign urging Congress to be more proactive about global warming issues.
