Opponents of the proposed uranium mine near Edgemont had a minor win Wednesday when the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ruled that Powertech, the company proposing the mine, must share recently acquired data with the parties opposing the mine.

The meeting, taking place over a three-day period at the Hotel Alex Johnson in Rapid City, continues this afternoon.
