All readers age 6 months-18 years are invited to explore all things music this summer as Chadron Public Library presents “Libraries Rock!” during their summer library program. Activities will include group games, physical challenges, art projects, science and engineering experiments, and even a Game Day (teens only!)

The 2018 Summer Reading Program is open to young people ages 6 months- 18 years, with programs, prize drawings, storytimes, music, and more! Families are invited to join us for all these programs. Chadron Public Library will also be presenting Family Fun nights during June with a specific focus on Space. To get a full schedule stop in at the library or check our facebook page. All programs are free of charge.

Registration will open on May 25th and close June 13th. The Kickoff Party will be June 2nd from 5:30-7:30 in front of the library, so come join us for a fun Street Carnival and a chance to register for Summer Reading! We are inviting non-profit organizations to come host a booth (email Liz Parker at youthservices@chadronpubliclibrary.com for more info) and everyone is invited to join us for food, games, prizes, and lots of fun that evening.
