The Chadron Record’s All Wrapped Up Christmas contest encouraged shopping locally and rewarded some of our lucky readers for doing so. In the biggest year yet for the All Wrapped Up Contest, there were 723 entries this year.
Our grand prize winners, Rita Peters of Hay Springs and Rosemary Petersen of Chadron will each receive a one night stay for two at Deadwood Gulch Gaming Resort.
Four other contest entries will take home Chadron Chamber Bucks to spend at businesses around town. Theresa Young of Chadron won $200, while Celeste Lee, also of Chadron will take home $150. Diane Moore won $90, and Steve Yoakum of Chadron won $60.
Entrants also had the chance to win prizes from nine local businesses who took part in the contest. The Chadron Record’s winner of a free one-year subscription was Sarah McCoy. Other winners are as follows:
