Student Art Show and Open House

In honor of National Youth Art Month, Chautauqua Artisans Marketplace is proud to present the third annual Hot Springs High School student art show in the gallery from March 6th through April 5th.  Please stop in an view the unique art pieces by our local students.  Store and gallery hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and located across from the Train Depot at 629 N. River Street.  Chautauqua Craftsmen & Artisans of the Black Hills is a 501c3 non profit organization supporting the arts and art education

Boy's Town common sense parenting 

Tuesdays, March 13 to April 17, 6:00-8:00pm at Black Hills Special Services, 737 University Avenue, Hot Springs. Parents will learn to: give clear messages to children, effectively use praise, change behavior through the use of consequences, prevent and correct negative behaviors and help children learn self-control techniques. Hot Springs Prom Grand March

Friday, April 6 at 7:00 p.m. in the Muller Center, come see the grand march. The theme is Flashback to the 50's.

Appleseed Shoot

Trail Life

Trail Life, Christ-centered outdoor adventure, leadership, and character development program, meets every Tuesday at 6:30 at the Southern Hills Evangelical Free Church, 1509 University Ave.  All boys from ages 6-18 are invited to attend.  Parents need not stay with their boys.  For more information, call Ryan Maurer 605-890-3734

Climb Hot Springs registration open

Registration for Climb Hot Springs stair climbing event is now available. Register online at www.climbhotsprings.com or with paper at Mornin' Sunshine at 509 N River Street in Hot Springs. April registration fees are $25 for kids and $35 for adults. The third annual event will be held on September 22 and consists of a 7-mile race that includes all five staircases in town and a 3-mile fun run that incorporates two staircases.
