HOT SPRINGS – Pine Hills Retirement Community in Hot Springs has hired a management company to assist in their continued pursuit of excellence in care and service.
Opened in 2006, Pine Hills Retirement Community was founded by a group of longtime local Hot Springs business owners. Those owners said they knew from the community’s inception what amenities would be attractive to their friends and neighbors — they just asked themselves what things they themselves would want to experience in retirement living and chose the location, created the common areas, and designed the apartment floor plans accordingly.
“I was alerted to the fact that there are rumors that we have sold Pine Hills,” stated managing partner, Steve Wyatt. “That is not true. We have obtained management services through Frontline Management to provide us with a full-range of support and resources, as well as a more robust benefit package for our staff.”
Frontline Management is a senior healthcare services, acquisition, and management company whose team of professionals specializes in the full-continuum of senior healthcare services including those within the skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings. Frontline Management is based in Lafayette, Colo., and began management of Pine Hills on Sept. 1, 2017.
“We are excited about our collaboration with the team of professionals at Frontline Management” said Wyatt. “Our continued goal is to exceed the expectations of our residents and working with Frontline will assist us in doing so.”
Some changes are planned to include some stay-and-play rates for independent living residents and an enhancement in assisted living service provisions.
“I hope that folks will feel comfortable in stopping by to take a tour, ask us about our changes, or just say hello,” said Vickie Nekuda, executive director. “We are hosting a Halloween Treat-or-Treat event on October 31, 2017, as well as a fall ‘pool party’ too, so stay tuned for more information.”
