HOT SPRINGS – Hot Springs Middle School and High School will host a presentation on the danger of child pornography and cyberbullying on cell phones on Thursday, Sept. 14, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Tays Center.
Brent Gromer, Supervisory Special Agent with the S.D. Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children, will discuss dangers repercussions of illegal, immoral, and improper use of cell phones.
High School Principal Mary Weiss said the students will have an opportunity during the school day on Sept. 14 to hear the program as well, followed by the evening session for parents and community members. Parents can also choose to hear the program with their children, based on the following schedule: 6th -7th graders 1-2pm; 8-9th graders 2-3pm; 10th -12th graders 3-4pm
