The South Dakota governor's office announced Friday that Gov. Mike Rounds has signed the following bills into law:

* HB1018 - An act to refund special fuel taxes under certain circumstances

* HB1039 - An act to remove a segment of S.D. Highway 25 in Hanson County from the state trunk highway system

* HB1040 - An act to remove a segment of S.D. Highway 314 in Yankton County from the state trunk highway system

* HB1045 - An act to revise certain provisions related to the calculation of state aid to special education

HB1050 - An act to revise certain provisions regarding Indian Education
