Two more school districts have voted to support the lawsuit over state funding of schools in South Dakota, bringing the total to nearly two-thirds of all public school systems in the state.

Dakota Valley at North Sioux City and Bowdle are the latest to pledge financial support for the effort.

A total of 92 school districts have voted to back the constitutional challenge.

Scott Abdallah, a lead attorney in the effort, said Monday that the, school systems are a diverse group - ranging from large districts such as Aberdeen to small ones such as Doland.
