Pennington County authorities have issued a felony arrest warrant for Daniel Lee Hess, charging him with a violation of probation for first-degree non-sufficient-funds checks.
Hess, 36, is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 225 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.
He is believed to be in or near Rapid City or Wounded Knee.
People with information that would lead to his arrest are asked to call the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency.
