DEADWOOD - Paula Hayes of Lead was found safe Wednesday in Beloit, Wis.
Hayes contacted her family in Beloit, they contacted the Rock County Sheriff's Office and the search was canceled.
Hayes went missing last Thursday morning and was last seen leaving her home in her black 2000 Ford Taurus. Her car was found Monday afternoon in rural Rock County, Wisconsin about 30 miles from her family in Beloit.
A six-hour search by air and ground ensued, but officials called it off Monday night after not finding her.
Witnesses claimed they saw a car pull up next to Hayes' on the rural road and that she left the scene with them, but that other car was not found.
