RAPID CITY - Rapid City officials said
Friday that they are closing the landfill because of high winds.
Cars, pickups and other small vehicles are prohibited from using
the landfill.
The landfill is scheduled to reopen at 7
a.m. Saturday unless winds are greater than 30 mph at that
time.
