Matthew Davis, 22, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with rape today in Seventh Circuit.

Davis is charged with raping a woman in December 2008. He is free on a $25,000 bond.

Judge Janine Kern ordered Davis to obey all laws, to not ingest marijuana, to submit to random urine analysis and to have no contact with the alleged victim.

Davis' next court appearance is July 13.
