The Harney Little League All-Star baseball team advanced to the semifinals of the Central Regional Tournament where it will face Urbandale, Iowa on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. MDT. Harney held off a late chage from Missouri to win 8-7 on Wednesday and keep its season alive.
Missouri had the bases loaded and no outs in the top of the sixth inning thanks to four errors by Harney, but the Rapid City team was able to record three straight outs for the win.
P.J. Freidel went 3-for-3 in the game for Harney at the plate.
